At Alpharetta-Energy, We lay Utmost Importance on Quality Assurance. In fact, Quality Assurance is at the very core of all our Processes and Activities. 

We anchor all our Processes on Continuous Improvement Process (CIP). Our Continuous Improvement Process starts from the Planning and Design Stage. The Planning and Implementation Stage is the Stage at which we carry out detailed planning and design of the Project. Then we Proceed to the Implementation Stage where we execute the outlined plans and designs.

After the Implementation Stage, we go to the Performance Evaluation and Feed Back Stage.  At the Performance Evaluation and Feed Back Stage, we undertake detailed evaluation and elicit feed back from stakeholders. Immediately after this stage comes the Analysis Stage, where we analysis the feedback from stakeholders. The final stage is the Review and Benchmark Stage where we Establish the Benchmark after very Rigorous Review Process.
